Questions about a figure here, or about your own bill.
Contact address: info@counciltaxband.com. The form below is the most reliable way to reach us.
We use your name and email only to read and answer your message. See the privacy page.
Who to contact about your own bill
- Your bill, payments, discounts or a council tax reduction: your council. Find your council on GOV.UK.
- Your band: the Valuation Office Agency. Check or challenge a band on GOV.UK.
We cannot see or change anyone's bill or band, and we do not give advice on appeals.
Reporting a wrong number
Please include the page address, the value you expected and where it comes from (a council's published charges, an official table). A fix is made in the data step, so every page that uses the figure updates at the next build.
