Not sure of your band?
We cannot look up individual homes. The Valuation Office Agency checker on GOV.UK gives the band for any address.
How the calculator works
The bill is the Band D charge for the place you pick, times the share of Band D your band pays (from 6/9 for Band A to 18/9 for Band H). For a parish, Band D is the council's own charge, the county, police, fire and combined authority precepts, and the parish precept. Bills are usually split into 10 monthly payments; councils will spread them over 12 if asked. If you live alone (or everyone else in the home is disregarded), the bill is cut by 25%. Other discounts, reductions and premiums are set by your council and are not included.
